About the Instructor Kelly Fogarty has been a Media Arts Instructor with Tulane since 1999. Mr. Fogarty graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a bachelor's degree in journalism. He holds a master's degree in advertising from the University of Denver. His professional background includes marketing and communications experience in a variety of industries including financial services, hospitality and public health. He currently is the Communications Director at the Louisiana Public Health Institute , where he oversees a staff that provides public relations, website, special events and collateral support for a variety of public health programs.  Mr. Fogarty is a former president of the New Orleans chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and has his Competent Toastmaster certification from Toastmaster's International. He is married to Lillian Fogarty and has three boys: Chalon, Ian and Ashton.   Back to Home
